Terms of Service

Quotes are confirmed after reviewing scope, access, condition, timing and client requirements. Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policy, refund/re-clean process and any limitation of liability should be confirmed before booking. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellation and access

Please give at least 24 hours notice where possible. Short-notice cancellation, failed access or a site not ready for cleaning may carry a reasonable charge.

Re-clean policy

If an agreed-scope area is missed, contact Cleansworth within 24 hours with details and photos so the concern can be reviewed fairly.
