Cleansworth aims to agree the scope before work starts, so every client understands what is included, what is excluded and what standard is being worked towards. This keeps expectations practical and protects both the client and the cleaning team.

If an agreed-scope area is missed, contact Cleansworth within 24 hours with details and photos so the concern can be reviewed fairly. Where appropriate, Cleansworth will arrange a reasonable re-clean for the missed agreed-scope area.

The guarantee does not cover areas outside the agreed quote, unsafe access, specialist hazards, pest issues, high-level exterior windows, industrial residue or damage caused by site condition. If extra work is needed, Cleansworth will explain the options clearly before anything is added.
